Walnut Brownie Bombs

Makes 14 portions

These easy no-bake, no added sugar chocolate treats are delicious and packed with heart healthy ingredients. Love some for yourself today!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pitted dates

  • 1/2 cup canned chickpeas, drained & rinsed

  • 2 tbsp nut butter

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts

  • 30g (1 oz) dark chocolate, melted

Combine all ingredients except walnuts & chocolate in a food processor. Pulse until a smooth dough forms. Add walnuts and pulse until just incorporated. Divide dough into 14 portions and roll into balls. Dip into or drizzle with melted chocolate. Chill until set & enjoy!
