Fruit Lax

With fruits that naturally contain both fibre and stool softening & stimulating properties, you’ll be back on track in no time.
Ingredients
1 cup pitted prunes
1 cup raisins
1 cup dates
1/2 cup orange juice
2/3 c prune juice
Optional
1/4 c ground flax seeds
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and soak overnight in the fridge. The next day, using a blender or food processor, blend until smooth. Transfer to a container with lid and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. To use: add 2 Tbsp to toast, a serving of hot cereal or a portion of yogurt. daily.
