A special treat fit for a black tie affair or just a cozy afternoon coffee with friends.

Ingredients

Cookie base

  • 2 1/4 cup chocolate cookie crumbs

  • 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans

  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Cheesecake filling

  • 2 x 250 g pkg light cream cheese

  • 1/3 c granulated sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 c cream (35%)

  • 1 tbsp vanilla

Toffee topping

  • 1/2 c toffee bits
