Gingerbread Biscotti with Cranberries

Makes 14 biscotti

Who doesn't love a crisp biscotti & a coffee on a cold day? Add an extra festive touch with the flavour of gingerbread and cranberry & turn coffee break into a holiday getaway.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c butter, room temperature

  • 3/4 c turbinado sugar

  • 2 tbsp molasses

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 c all-purpose flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp each nutmeg, ground cloves & black pepper

  • 1/2 c dried cranberries
