Gingerbread Biscotti with Cranberries

1/2 c butter, room temperature
3/4 c turbinado sugar
2 tbsp molasses
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 c all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp each nutmeg, ground cloves & black pepper
1/2 c dried cranberries
