Sesame Salmon

Salmon is a delicious, omega 3 rich fish that is very versatile.

This sesame salmon can be served with simple sides of in season vegetables or added to a layered nourish bowl that includes other satisfying and simple ingredients like brown rice, edamame and sautéed greens.

Ingredients

Sesame Salmon

  • 4, 4 oz Salmon fillets

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds

    Miso Sauce

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 2 tbsp miso paste

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger

  • 1 tsp grated orange peel
