Savoury Dips 2 ways
Greek yogurt is not just for breakfast parfaits. Try it out as a cool dip or side in either the Mediterranean Tzatziki or Indian Raita variation
Ingredients
Dip/Dressing Base
1 c greek yogurt
1/2 c grated or diced cucumber
1/2 -1 tsp dried mint
Variations
For Tzatziki add: 1 clove garlic, minced salt and pepper to taste
For Raita add: 2 Tbsp red onion, finely diced, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1/4 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp honey
