    You will learn, engage, build awareness, and focus on what works and matters to you as you achieve your weight goals, through weekly modules and support sessions. This course uses both ACT skill building and health habit strategies that are based in cognitive behaviour change and are individualized, workable and long lasting.

  • On Demand Access to Course Material

    LEAF ACTIONS course material is accessible on demand 24/7 via the www.leafwmc.academy course portal. Access weekly video lessons, worksheets and the chat community when and where you want to for the duration of your course. Log in, listen, learn, practice and be supported in making change.

  • Meal Planning

    Your best weight is achieved by making choices and developing habits that work for you. Our meal planning approach is tailored to meet your energy and nutrition needs. Whether you prefer a partial meal replacement approach or a food focus - we support your nutrition choices. Access your individualized meal planning solution online or via the app.

  • LEAF Registered Dietitian facilitator

    Your LEAF ACTIONS Registered Dietitian is a Certified Bariatric Educator (weight management specialist) who will be your coach and facilitator throughout your course. Meet weekly with your Registered Dietitian in group sessions and access their support via the course community portal and via email.
